Job Summary-

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who has the potential to grow into a Store Manager role. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage day-to-day store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and staff supervision.

Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Support the Store Manager in daily store activities and step in during their absence.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.

prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, electronics, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Good understanding of retail KPIs and customer service standards.

Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a Store Manager role.
