Virgo BPO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the sales process to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Generate new leads and proactively identify potential customers.
Engage with customers through phone calls to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Maintain and update a comprehensive CRM database to ensure efficient customer relationship management.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and conversion of leads.
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:-

Previous experience in a pre-sales or sales role is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to effectively address client needs.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve results.
Graduate degree in any stream preferred.
Undergraduates with a minimum of one year of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
