Growth Vidyapeeth is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented
Sales Executive
to drive revenue growth in the service industry. The ideal candidate will connect with leads, close sales over phone calls, manage records, and generate referrals from the existing database.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead & Inquiry Management
Handle incoming inquiries from Meta, references, local advertisements, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
Effectively communicate with leads to encourage attendance at free or paid orientation sessions.
Send confirmation calls, messages, and reminders to maximize attendance.
Follow up to ensure participation during orientations.
Record and update all communications in the CRM system.
Registration & Conversion
Manage the registration desk during orientations and assist participants through the registration process.
Build rapport with attendees, address their queries, and ensure a seamless experience.
Follow up for fee collection and convert interested prospects into registered participants.
Reconnect with absentees to reinvite them for upcoming sessions.
Referral Generation & Engagement
Build lasting relationships with students and participants.
Support faculty in post-workshop engagement activities.
Generate referrals and explore promotional opportunities such as intro sessions in homes, schools, and colleges.
Desired Candidate Profile
Confident and persuasive communicator.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and ambitious.
Comfortable with computers, internet tools, and CRM systems.
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum
1 year of sales experience
preferred -- however,
freshers with the right attitude
