What we want you to do :
Find new leads and opportunities via telephone, email and social media channels
Inbound lead follow-up and Outbound calling and emailing
Research accounts, identify key players , and generate interest to promote business
Understand customer needs and requirements thoroughly
Provide your feedback to management related to information on prospects.
Route qualified opportunities to your seniors and managers for further development and closure.
Create and maintain a CRM database for new and existing leads.
What we are looking in you :
Passion , desire and motivation to sell and close new business
Strong relationship building and management skills
Eagerness to learn new things and grasp quickly.
Ability to work under pressure , organize and prioritize your responsibilities
Have Basic knowledge and understating of email marketing and campaigns, search (SEO) Google Adwords.
Good internet research skills
Excellent communication , written and verbal skills
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
