Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with potential clients to explore new business opportunities.
Show suitable residential properties to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Plan sales pitches and approach strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Make cold calls to promote residential projects (when needed).
Meet the sales targets set by the company.
Attend meetings with developers and partner channels as required.
Take part in negotiation meetings between buyers and sellers.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Must be a graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure with a results-driven attitude.
Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
