Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our payment solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate will have relevant B2B/B2C sales experience and a passion for fintech and digital payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, networking, and online research. Pitch payment solutions to merchants, SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups. Conduct product demos and explain key features, benefits, and pricing models. Achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth merchant activation. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to internal teams.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. 0-5 years of experience in direct sales / business development. Prior experience in selling fintech or payment solutions is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Familiarity with digital payment trends, UPI, POS, and eCommerce ecosystem.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho. Knowledge of the payment gateway industry and competitive landscape.
Compensation:

Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
