Job Overview:

Responsible for driving B2B sales of IT products and services.
Identify potential clients, build relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand company IT products and services thoroughly.
Communicate value propositions clearly to B2B clients.
Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or events if required.

Candidate Profile:*

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or IT sales (preferred).

Skills Required:*

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Effective presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT solutions and products.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Positive attitude and a team player.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Performance Indicators:

Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Number of new leads and conversions.
Client retention and satisfaction rate.
Accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
