You will play a key role in representing the institute, understanding student needs, and guiding them toward the right career-oriented courses.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Counsel prospective students on course offerings, career opportunities, and program outcomes.
Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and ensure timely communication with leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct telephonic, WhatsApp, and in-person counseling sessions with students and parents.
Organize and participate in career fairs, seminars, and events to promote institute programs.
Maintain strong product knowledge across all courses to address student queries confidently.
Prepare regular sales reports and share insights on enrollment trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or admissions (preferably in the education sector).
