About the Role


We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for our Digital Sales and Retention process. This is a voice-based role where you will interact with customers, help them understand product benefits, and assist in policy renewals or sales conversions.

Good communication in English and Hindi

Eligibility Criteria


Qualification Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)
Experience 0 to 2+ years (Freshers can apply)
Process Voice - Digital Sales / Retention
Working Days 5 Days a Week
Week Off 2 Rotational Week Offs
Shift Timing 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Fixed Shift, Work from Office)
