Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate

new B2B leads via calls, LinkedIn, networking, and partnerships

. Conduct

product demos and presentations

to decision-makers (HR, Business Owners, CEOs, Managers). Manage the

entire sales cycle--lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closure

. Maintain

records

of leads, meetings, and follow-ups. Collaborate with

marketing and technical teams

for smooth onboarding. Achieve

monthly/quarterly sales targets

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Proven experience in

SaaS Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales

. Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Strong understanding of

sales funnels and client handling techniques

. Ability to

explain technical products in simple business terms

. Self-motivated with a

target-driven mindset

.

Good to Have



Prior experience selling

HRMS / ERP / CRM / Payroll software

. Experience in using

tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or WhatsApp/Email outreach tools

. Knowledge of

cold calling, account-based selling, or channel partnerships

.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
