Sales Executive - Stock Broking & Mutual Funds Experience Required: 2 to 4 years Location: Thane Industry: Financial Services (Mutual Funds, Stock Broking, Unlisted Shares) Role Overview SNS Wealth is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in stock broking and mutual funds sales. The role demands hands-on field sales efforts to generate new business from both existing and new clients. This position is office-based in Thane with regular field visits for client meetings and sales calls. The candidate will play a critical role in expanding SNS Wealth's client base, achieving sales targets, and strengthening client relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales - Proactively generate new business leads through various channels including field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calls. - Conduct sales presentations and meetings on the field to prospects and existing clients about Mutual Funds, Stock Broking accounts, and Unlisted Shares. - Build a strong client network by nurturing relationships and providing customized investment solutions. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for mutual fund investments, stock broking accounts, and unlisted share transactions. - Design and implement strategies to meet client acquisition and revenue goals. - Prospect, identify, and close sales opportunities by understanding client investment needs and recommending appropriate products. Client Relationship Management - Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business. - Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to ensure client satisfaction and product awareness. - Assist clients in completing account opening procedures and KYC documentation, coordinating with the back-office team. - Address and resolve client queries proactively, escalating complex issues as required. Reporting & Coordination - Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and leads in the CRM system. - Provide weekly sales reports and updates to the sales manager during office review meetings. - Collaborate closely with the back-office team to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and transaction processing. - Stay updated on financial market trends, product knowledge, and compliance requirements to provide accurate client advice. Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent. - 2 to 4 years of direct sales experience in stock broking, mutual funds, or related financial services. - Strong understanding of stock market operations, mutual fund products, unlisted shares, and regulatory guidelines. - Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage clients on the field. - Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic financial software. - Strong problem-solving skills and client-centric attitude. - Must be willing to travel regularly for client visits and sales calls within the assigned region.
