About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential buyers, showcasing properties, and closing sales. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to achieve targets, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities :

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and schedule meetings or site visits.

Understand customer needs and provide guidance on suitable properties.

Conduct property tours and presentations to potential buyers.

Maintain a deep knowledge of available inventory and market trends.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company policies and goals.

Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations team to support sales efforts.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
