About the Role:



Homes & Buildings is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in sales or client servicing, with strong communication and presentation skills. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. It's a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start or advance their career in sales within a fast-paced media-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition & Relationship Management



Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client requirements and offer suitable products/services.

Sales & Business Growth



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and increase conversions.

Market Research & Reporting



Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management. Participate in sales planning and strategy discussions.

Coordination & Support



Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Support customer queries and ensure post-sales satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and follow-up abilities. Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
