Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and guiding customers through the buying process. This role demands excellent communication, client handling, and closing skills to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Handle inbound inquiries and provide property details, pricing, and project information. Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features, specifications, and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. Participate in marketing activities, property expos, and promotional events. Maintain proper documentation and follow up on client requirements. Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with Pre-Sales and CRM teams for lead nurturing and client follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Familiarity with local real estate market trends and customer preferences. Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
