Job Description

Salary :

40,000 PM.

Training Period 2 Months

: (Candidate will get half salary from the fixed salary during the training period). This Is The Maximum Duration, If The Candidate Learns Early It Can Be Reduced.

Probation Period 6 Months:

(Candidate will get full salary in probation period).

Note:

Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

After selection:

Process training in classroom format for 1 week followed by assessment. Upon passing an assessment will be sent to the floor.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and other industry stakeholders.
4. Present and promote our services to clients, including our online software and explaining the value proposition and differentiating features of our NVOCC solutions.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate rates and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery of services to clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand business connections.
10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the sales manager.
