We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in identifying potential clients, engaging with prospects, and supporting business development activities through multiple channels.
This is a combination of field and inside sales where the BDE will be expected to set up meetings and engage in prospect engagement through in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities-
Client Prospecting:
Identify and research potential clients using platforms like LinkedIn, databases, social media, and other relevant tools.
Validate and enrich existing leads in the CRM system.
Qualify prospects and gather key information to enable decision-making.
Cold Calling & Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients -- virtually, in-person, or any mutually convenient mode.
Conduct post-call follow-ups to maintain engagement and push prospects through the pipeline.
CRM Management:
Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information.
Track communication history, meeting outcomes, and follow-up tasks
Ensure target audiences are invited and present at seminars or events.
Optionally accompany the BDM for client visits as per personal choice.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in Sales and/or BD is mandatory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for outreach.
Ability to manage CRM tools and track lead status effectively.
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in approach.
Willing to travel within the city,
