Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: HSC / Graduate (role-specific).

Experience :

Freshers eligible for certain roles.

Minimum 6 months - 1 year sales/insurance experience required for specific roles.

Communication Skills: Proficiency in Hindi and English (role-specific).

Assessment: Versant Level 3 & 4 required for selected roles.

Salary Details

Freshers: ₹14,000 - ?16,750 (Take Home)

Experienced (6 months+): ₹17,000 - ?18,000 (Take Home)

Additional Incentives available for specific roles.

Work Schedule

Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational / Fixed (depending on role)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions in sales or support functions.

Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Maintain professionalism and customer-first approach.
