We're on the lookout for a dynamic

Inside Sales Executive

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our ceiling fans and designer planters

Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chats with enthusiasm and professionalism

Process and track sales orders ensuring correct pricing, product details, and timely follow-up

Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders using digital tools

Provide expert product knowledge and resolve customer queries with confidence

Coordinate with the Sales Head, field sales, and store teams for seamless operations

Generate reports to help the business grow smarter every day

Actively contribute to a customer-first culture that drives repeat business

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

Proficiency in

MS Excel & MS Word

At least

1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Sales Support

Positive attitude, high ownership, and excellent time management

Passion for delivering great customer service and helping customers find the right solution

Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
