The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by promoting and selling domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services. The role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable packages or customized itineraries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for FIT, Group, and MICE tours.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotels, and visa requirements.
Manage and update client data, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM system.
Cross-sell and upsell additional services (insurance, upgrades, etc.).
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and suppliers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
Attend travel fairs, training sessions, and team meetings when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in travel sales or tour operations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
