Job Description

Order creation & checking thoroughly before circulation for Customers.

Making shipments for all customers.

Sends the Invoice, DCB, tracking details to customer after shipment.

Helping other team members for diamonds, orders, and etc.

Quotation order creation.

Seeing to timely shipment and deliveries of orders as per customer satisfaction.

Following up with factory for production status.

Follow-up with PPC (Production & Sampling) for timely shipment.

Co-ordination with Central Department and customer to make sure the chains inventory is tallied.

Working on Aging pcs with PPC and getting the issues resolved if any.

Any other miscellaneous work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
