We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales. You will play a key role in helping clients find their ideal property while achieving individual and company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, digital platforms, and real estate events.
Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to prospective buyers.
Schedule and conduct site visits, property showings, and open houses.
Provide clients with all relevant information regarding pricing, availability, legal documentation, and financial options.
Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update CRM with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams for promotional campaigns and lead management.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitors, and regulations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
