Job Description

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive to join our growing interior design firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about interiors, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to build a career in sales and client servicing. The role involves converting leads into clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Calling potential clients to generate interest and follow up on leads. Identify and engage potential clients interested in interior design services. Convert incoming leads from various sources into confirmed projects through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present appropriate design solutions. Assist in preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up for conversion. Coordinate with design teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution for new clients. Maintain detailed client records and CRM updates regarding leads and sales activities. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships. Stay informed about current interior design trends and competitors to effectively sell firm offerings. Meet and strive to exceed individual sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:



Graduate in any discipline; a basic interest or knowledge of interior design is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging personality. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in sales and client management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
