1. Coordinate and schedule Preventive Maintenance visit, Installation visit and Breakdown visit as per customer's schedule.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to service.
3. Create, assign, and manage work orders in the system.
4. Monitor job progress and ensure service delivery meets company standards and deadlines.
5. Communicate with Field service Engineers to track job status and provide necessary support.
6. Warehouse management to ensure availability of required materials.
7. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
