Sales Executive - Hair Care Products

Location: Mumbai (Field-based, focused on Western & Central Line)

Experience: 4-5 years total experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the FMCG or beauty/personal care industry.

About the Role:

We are a leading importer and distributor of premium shampoo and conditioner brands. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the Mumbai market. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be the face of our brand, establishing strong relationships with salons and retail shops along the Western and Central Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and personally visit potential new clients, including salons, beauty parlors, and retail stores, to introduce and sell our range of imported hair care products.

2. Focus on penetrating new markets along the Western and Central Lines of Mumbai, with a focus on personally visiting each location.

3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new salon owners, managers, and shopkeepers.

4. Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

5. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including client visits, sales figures, and market insights, to management on a regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
