Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and supporting sales activities across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and email outreach. Assist in identifying and developing business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets. Engage with potential customers to explain product/service offerings and schedule meetings. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and ensure smooth execution. Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships included). Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales models, cold calling techniques, and customer engagement. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in initiating conversations and handling client objections. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Fresher's also can apply with good knowledge of sales field.
