to join our luxury real estate sales team in

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-net-worth clients, showcasing premium residential properties, and closing high-value real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with
high-net-worth individuals (HNIs)
and investors.
Present and promote
luxury residential properties
to potential buyers.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly
sales targets
.
Generate leads through
networking , referrals, site visits, and events
.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable premium properties.
Conduct
property site visits
, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
Ensure smooth coordination with legal, finance, and documentation teams.
Stay updated on
market trends
, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups through
CRM systems
.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Presentable with a
professional and confident personality
.
Experience in
luxury real estate

high-end automobile sales
, or
premium hospitality
is preferred.
Knowledge of
Pune's real estate market
is an advantage.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Real Estate

North Indian candidates preferred
for client profiling and communication suitability.
Education:
Mandatory MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus
