Generating sales

: Working to meet sales targets, and developing new business opportunities

Building relationships

: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and developing new ones

Conducting site visits

: Accompanying clients to properties, and providing advice on the property's suitability

Creating sales strategies

: Developing sales strategies, and executing marketing plans

Analyzing property listings

: Identifying potential properties, and sourcing new properties

Negotiating deals

: Negotiating and closing deals, and handling objections

Providing advice

: Offering advice on pricing and real estate trends

Reporting

: Reporting on sales activities to management

Creating reports

: Creating reports and reviews with sales and financial data
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
