We're expanding our sales team in Pune and looking for enthusiastic
Sales Executives
to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a persuasive, energetic, and target-driven
Sales Executive
who can:
Identify and approach potential clients.
Confidently pitch our digital marketing services.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Freshers with strong communication and selling aptitude are welcome --
training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through
cold calling, email, LinkedIn, field visits, and networking.
Meet potential clients, understand their business challenges, and pitch relevant DM services.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, follow-ups, and reports using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the delivery/operations team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Build long-term relationships by attending
local events, meetups, and client visits.
Continuously learn and stay updated about
SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other DM services
to consult clients effectively.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
Must be
based in Pune
(comfortable with client meetings & field visits).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong
negotiation, persuasion, and convincing
skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Ability to understand and clearly explain DM services to clients.
Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).
Presentable, punctual, and professional in client interactions.
Nice-to-Have
0-2 years of sales/business development experience (Digital Marketing agency experience preferred).
