Digivik Business Solutions is a performance-focused digital marketing agency delivering lead generation, paid campaigns, social media, content and end-to-end DM solutions. We're growing our sales team to handle inbound enquiries, nurture leads and close business via virtual/office-based selling.
Role overview
This is an
inside-sales
role (office / remote-first) -- not field sales. The Sales Executive will handle inbound leads, perform outreach (calls/emails/LinkedIn), run virtual demos, negotiate and close clients. We want hungry communicators who can convert prospects into paying clients and maintain a strong pipeline.
Key responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on warm leads promptly.
Proactively generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach and campaigns.
Conduct discovery calls and virtual product/service demos to understand client needs and present suitable DM solutions (SEO, PPC, social, content, lead-gen).
Prepare proposals/quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
Maintain and update CRM with leads, activities, follow-ups and forecasts.
Coordinate with delivery and operations for smooth onboarding and timely campaign starts.
Manage renewals, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
Meet weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets and submit regular sales reports.
Participate in internal sales enablement sessions and product/service training.
Required skills & attributes
Based in Pune and available to work from office or hybrid as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong persuasion, convincing and negotiation skills -- comfortable dealing with decision-makers over phone/video.
Target-driven, disciplined with excellent follow-up habits.
Quick learner with an ability to explain digital marketing services clearly.
Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, email and WhatsApp for sales activities.
Presentable, professional and punctual.
Nice-to-have
Internship or 0-2 years experience in inside-sales, BDE, or customer-facing roles (agency experience a plus).
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing tools and basic lead-generation techniques.
Knowledge of Pune business ecosystem and local networks.
