Role Objectives



Drive

sales growth

by handling client interactions and converting leads into business opportunities. Build and maintain

long-term client relationships

through effective communication and follow-ups. Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Core Deliverables



Make

outbound and inbound calls

to prospective and existing clients. Identify client requirements and propose relevant products/services. Convert leads into sales through

effective negotiation and persuasion

. Maintain call logs, update CRM/records, and track sales pipeline. Ensure timely follow-ups and provide

professional, client-focused service

. Prepare and share quotations/proposals when required.

Skills Required



Mandatory:



Excellent

English communication

(verbal & written) Strong

interpersonal, negotiation & client-handling skills

Confidence in presenting products/services

Preferred (Add-on):



Basic

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience in

telecalling, B2B sales, or client interaction

Hands-on:

Minimum 1 year in sales / telecalling / client-facing role
