Consultative selling and closing
Conduct discovery to identify goals, barriers, and timelines; map prospects to the right Fitcru coaching plan, nutrition add-ons, and commitment length, then present pricing with clear value.
Deliver structured "value tours" virtually or in-person (where applicable), handle objections ethically, and close with target hit rates for set-show-close KPIs.
Member onboarding and handover
Ensure smooth post-sale onboarding: schedule first assessment/session, capture intake forms, and introduce the assigned coach to maximize early engagement and show rates.
KPI ownership and reporting
Hit daily/weekly KPIs: leads contacted, appointments set, shows, close rate, referrals per sale, and payment collection; maintain accurate dashboards and participate in daily check-ins and weekly trainings.
Align with coaches on program fit, availability, and client expectations; gather success stories and results to strengthen future sales narratives and referrals.
