Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for technology. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, engaging in outbound calling, and utilizing CRM software to manage leads and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions Engage in business development activities to expand the client base within the technology sector Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals effectively

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or technical sales industry Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on outbound calling strategies Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Background in customer service and an understanding of marketing principles is beneficial Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
