Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented

Sales Executives

to join our team at

Dhanori Or Kharadi locations

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving property sales while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and follow up on leads through various sources including cold calling, digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins. Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to prospective customers. Conduct site visits with clients and provide professional guidance on property selection. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business. Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve assigned targets. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams for seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience

in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply). Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

preferred). Ability to present projects confidently and professionally. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
