Customer Service Executive
to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable freight solutions.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Regularly follow up with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
0-4 years of experience in
sales/business development
(preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping).
Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills are also welcome.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.
Ability to meet targets and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Own client base in freight forwarding will be an added advantage.
