About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven

Sales Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and dealers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and close deals

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management review

Skills & Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Experience: Freshers welcome | Experienced candidates (Building Material/Construction industry preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned territory

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)

Compensation:

Freshers: Up to ?22,000 per month plus TA and DA

Experienced Candidates: Up to ?28,000 per month (based on experience & skills) plus TA and DA.
