Job Summary:



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our growing team at Master Group Empire. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You will be responsible for promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties, building client relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively promote and sell properties listed by Master Group Empire. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms. Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers or investors. Provide clients with accurate property information, pricing, and market trends. Negotiate deals and close sales with professionalism and integrity. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitor offerings. Prepare and manage documentation related to sales, contracts, and client communication.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in [Insert Language(s) - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Must have a professional attitude, grooming, and presentation. Willingness to travel and conduct site visits.
