Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in and online inquiries to understand client needs and recommend suitable procedures Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed bookings Educate clients on treatment benefits, processes, and expected outcomes Collaborate with dermatologists and technicians to ensure seamless client experience Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets and KPIs Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and clinic services
