Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Partnership Development

?Research, outreach, recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners aligned with client audiences

Sales & Negotiation

?Pitch agency clients to new affiliates, negotiate commission structures and contract terms

Campaign Management & Optimization

?Launch and monitor affiliate/Adsales campaigns; track performance metrics like CTR, CPA and ROI

Reporting & Analysis

?Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns

Cross-Functional Collaboration

?Work with content, creative, and paid media teams to develop affiliate assets

Compliance & Quality Control

?Ensure affiliate messaging adheres to brand guidelines and standards

Industry Intelligence

?Monitor affiliate marketing trends, platforms, and best practices

Pay: ₹9,970.63 - ₹15,000.00 per month
