The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the diagnostic services of the pathology lab, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves generating new business from hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate clients, while also maintaining relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and approach new doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients for pathology services.
Conduct field visits to promote the lab's test portfolio and packages.
Generate leads through networking, references, and cold calls.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
Address client queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Act as a bridge between the lab and clients for smooth communication.
Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Upsell health check-up packages, preventive care plans, and specialized test panels.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Marketing & Promotion
Organize health camps, awareness drives, and promotional events in coordination with the lab team.
Distribute promotional materials, brochures, and digital campaigns to target audiences.
Provide feedback to the management on marketing strategies and customer preferences.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.
Submit regular MIS reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation for corporate tie-ups and agreements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of healthcare/diagnostics industry (preferred).
Ability to build trust and rapport with doctors and corporate clients.
Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of pathology tests and preventive health checkups (training can be provided).
Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
