Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospective clients
Prepare and send accurate proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads
Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and generate leads
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand network
Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service improvement
Ensure timely reporting of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts to the sales manager
Support in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth post-sale transition to the operations team
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
