- Sales Executive



Position Summary



The Sales Executive is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the Centre, ensuring client satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and discipline, delivering product demonstration and achieving sales & customer retention goals.

Sales & Business Development



Convert free demonstrations into

sales of products/services

. Achieve

monthly sales targets

through in-centre promotions and city camps. Implement

customer retention initiatives

to maximize client lifetime value. Execute

branding, advertising, and promotional activities

.

Centre Operations & Housekeeping Supervision



Opening the Centre on daily basis Set up Centre for Clients. Carry out daily operations of the Centre Closing of the Centre at day end on daily basis.

Client Management & Counselling



Maintain Client Record on daily basis. Conduct

regular demonstration of products

. Do proper Documentation and record them. Make calls and local area activities for increasing clients and motivate them to attend demonstration sessions regularly. Deliver effective demonstrations ensuring clients understand the product's benefits.

Administration & Reporting



To record daily report and submit.

Key Skills Required



Sales & persuasion ability with focus on targets. Strong interpersonal & counselling skills. Customer-first attitude with grooming & etiquette discipline. Organized, punctual, and responsible. Proficient in record keeping and client interaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
