Key responsibilities

Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote a suite of banking offerings, such as:

Deposit schemes: savings, current, recurring, term deposits

Loan products: business loan, MTL loan, Home loan, Vehicle loan(Two, Four, Commercial), Gold Loan etc.

Digital solutions: mobile banking (insta pay app), upi, rupay atm cards etc.

Assess client financial needs and recommend tailored banking solutions aligned with our customer-first values.

Achieve assigned targets for product sales and account openings across channels (in-branch, digital, community outreach).

Conduct client meetings, respond to inquiries promptly, and facilitate on boarding/documentation with ease.

Collaborate with branch and back-office teams to ensure smooth delivery of all services.

Participate in local outreach events--educational seminars, fairs, business forums--to raise brand visibility and market presence.

Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive ongoing improvements.

Qualifications & experience

Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA or diploma in sales/marketing/finance is a plus.

Minimum of 1-3 years' experience in banking or financial services sales.

Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach and customer-centric mindset.

Familiarity with core banking services, compliance norms, and digital payment platforms.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in local languages (e.g., marathi, hindi) and english.
