Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven
Field Sales Executive
who will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales in the solar sector. The role requires field visits, client interactions, and effective communication to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads in the solar industry through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Meet potential clients (residential, commercial, and industrial) to explain solar products and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best-fit solar solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management.
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/ERP systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in field sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy/electrical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively within Pune and surrounding areas.
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems will be an advantage.
