Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client visits.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update CRM tools.
Participate in promotional activities, events, or exhibitions to generate leads.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
