Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating property deals, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves preparing and presenting sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing market insights to clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and enhance client engagement.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to build and maintain client relationship
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Experience in real estate sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
