The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the full sales cycle. This role demands a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of delivering tailored solutions and closing deals effectively. The Sales Executive will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Oversee the entire sales process--from initial contact to deal closure and post-sales support.
Demonstrate deep understanding of company products and industry trends to deliver compelling presentations and value-driven solutions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, monitor sales activities, analyse performance metrics, and prepare reports for leadership.
Address client concerns, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals with a win-win approach.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of proven success in sales roles, preferably in B2B or industry-specific environments.
Skilled in handling objections, influencing decisions, and securing favourable outcomes.
Committed to understanding and fulfilling client needs to build long-term relationships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) are a plus.
