We're Hiring: Sales Executive (Fresh Produce & Specialty Foods)

About Us

We're not your regular agri-business. We grow microgreens, culinary mushrooms, hydroponic cheese, and pure honey - the kind of stuff that makes chefs excited and health-conscious customers come back for more. We're small, ambitious, and growing fast. And now, we're looking for our first Sales hire - someone who's ready to hustle with us, hit the markets, and open doors to cafes, restaurants, and hotels.

What You'll Be Doing

Be our face at local vegetable markets, farmer's markets, and Sunday pop-ups - set up stalls, talk to customers, and make sales happen.

Knock on doors of cafes, restaurants, and five-star hotels, and introduce them to our fresh produce (microgreens, mushrooms, cheese & honey).

Build relationships with vendors and chefs - you'll know them by name, and they'll know you for great products.

Spot new opportunities and share real-time feedback with the team.

Drive growth and scale sales - this is not just a job, it's a stepping stone to becoming our Sales Head.

Who You Are

Street-smart, ambitious, and a people magnet - you're comfortable chatting up a chef in English and bargaining with a vendor in Hindi.

2-3 years of sales or business development experience (bonus points if in food, hospitality, FMCG, or agriculture).

Freshers welcome - as long as you're super confident, love conversations, and can sell ice to an Eskimo .

Any background in agriculture (even family farming experience) is a huge plus - it means you "get" where our products come from.

You're hungry to grow with a startup and see yourself leading a sales team in the near future.
