Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Attend trade fairs and business events. Schedule meetings with prospects to present the company's offerings. Fluent in English & Hindi or any Indian language with good communication skills for interacting with the team. Possession of Diamond Knowledge Certification from any reputable laboratory is an advantage. Expert with in-depth knowledge and experience in B2B sales, with a passion for sales of diamonds. Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers. Ability to maintain and develop a client portfolio. Familiarity with digital customer relationship tools and different sales techniques. Personal qualities that are crucial: Persistence, Listening Skills, Autonomy, Adaptability. One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry. * Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
