Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective customers.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, problems, interests, and new opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales coordinator and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
