Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets across assigned regions Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups

Location & Travel

Base location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Pan-India travel is mandatory for male candidates

Female candidates may have limited travel requirements based on project needs

Requirements

Minimum age: 23 years Proven experience in sales or a related field preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with target-based work culture
